1. Overview

Nikos Kustoms is a family-owned custom printing business offering DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, wholesale gang sheets, embroidery, and related supplies. These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchase made through it.

2. Orders & Custom Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs for printing or embroidery, you confirm that:

  1. You own the rights to the artwork, or have permission to use and reproduce it
  2. The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights
  3. The content is not illegal, offensive, or in violation of applicable law

Nikos Kustoms reserves the right to refuse any order containing content we believe infringes on intellectual property rights or violates our content guidelines.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for approved wholesale accounts. We use secure third-party payment processing; Nikos Kustoms does not store your full payment details.

4. Production & Turnaround

Standard turnaround for most DTF and UV DTF orders is 24–48 hours from order and artwork approval. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly during high-volume periods or for custom embroidery and large wholesale orders.

5. Proofs & Approval

For custom and wholesale orders, a digital proof may be provided prior to printing. Once a proof is approved by the customer, Nikos Kustoms is not responsible for errors present in the approved artwork (spelling, color, sizing, placement, etc.).

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

See our [Refund & Return Policy] for full details. Custom-printed items are final sale except in cases of defect or error caused by Nikos Kustoms.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and original design templates created by Nikos Kustoms remain our property. Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nikos Kustoms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to shipping delays, carrier issues, or third-party service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

9. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale and bulk pricing is available to approved business accounts. Wholesale customers agree to use purchased products in accordance with any applicable resale or licensing terms discussed at the time of account approval.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
