Processing Time

Most DTF and UV DTF transfer orders are printed and ready to ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and artwork approval. Custom embroidery and large wholesale gang sheet orders may require additional processing time — estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or by our team for bulk orders.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
• Expedited Shipping: [1–3 business days]

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Nikos Kustoms is not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at oscarffjr@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nikos Kustoms is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us so we can help where possible.
